Leads are my product. Sending outside Zoho and tracking customers are my goal.

I develop leads online.I want to be able to upload the leads I generate and send them to my customers.Some of my customers use Zoho some don't.I like the look of the form we have made in Zoho and I am trying to send that style to my customers.I dont want to send them a csv file.Then I want to be able to track what I send my customers.

Before I came to Zoho I got leads from someone that was using Zoho he sent them to me in a snapshot style ( I think).I would like to be able to send like that

Can I do all this in Zoho and whats the best way.
Leads are my product

Please Help I need some advice.
