Leads Entered in iPad App Not Appearing in PC version of Zoho CRM

Leads Entered in iPad App Not Appearing in PC version of Zoho CRM

I am entering leads one by one in my iPad with the Zoho CRM app.  I have the Zoho CRM opened on my PC and I click on refresh after several minutes but the leads do not show up here.  Why?  How long should it take for the information I type in the iPad app of the same program show up on the PC version of the same program?
