Ledger account downloaded from Zoho but unable to find out the description for expenses transactions
We downloaded ICICI
Bank book from Zoho Books through General ledger option. We are unable to show the narration/description in
all expenses transactions. I spoke to customer care people and they said this
feature is not available. They noted my request and they will try to add this feature
in next implementation. I’m hearing the same answer from these people from past
six months.
Income tax officers are asking for bank book, in that bank book description is not available for expenses transactions. But these Zoho people are suggesting to show the expenses ledger which does not contain the description. Income tax officers are looking for all the details like income, journal, expenses with description in single account, this feature is not available in Zoho.
