legal email correspondence
I have to make a correspondence of legal value, and I would like to use email messages. Although email is not a legal forward (its transmission's encryption has an unsafe journey trough third party's smtp servers, and delivery itself to recipient is uncertain! the sender's address is a mere suggestion of replying to someone) the issue of the thread is another.
How can I prove my personal identity (not address identity!)?
From me it is usual to use improperly emails; who does better use them to send image of hand-signed paper document (old fax fashioned) but it is a countersense, is not it?
even judges have hard time to use technologies!
