When we receave a message, Zoho won't show the sender's display name. After I respond, then Zoho will show their display name on the inbox folder, but the contact was already created without the name.
For instance, if I receive a message from someone whose e-mail address is "
contact@company.com" and their display name is "John Lennon", the contact will be created like this:
- Name: contact
So later when I want to send them a message, I have to REMEMBER the e-mail address (
contact@company.com) instead of just typing "John" and waiting for autocompletion.
This is really annoying and unproductive. Maybe you could reconsider if it's worth having it set like that by default or at least include the option to allow the user turn it off on the settings.
