Limited ability to save information for each candidate

I'm trying out your recruit app and there is at least one problem with it. We gather information on candidates, which we save in a file. We also save the candidate's resume in a file. We also re-write the resume in a profile format and save that in a file. Unfortunately, your app only allows one file per candidate. Even if I try to copy and paste the info into a text field it won't work because there are too many characters. I'm not sure we can use the app for this reason.
