I am trying to upsert fields from Zoho forms to the CRM. I have included the Zoho CRM field in the Advanced fields and mapped those to the CRM (using the email. first and last name) and then mapped the fields in the form to the CRM custom fields.

When I first created this form and sent it to various Contacts it used the CRM email to populate the email, First and Last names. I had to recreate the form and now the pre-population of the email, First and Last names do not work.

The form works but does not pre-populate.

Is there a restriction on the number of Advanced fields that can be used in Forms?

I've not done anything different so I'm not sure why the second form is not working.
