We get the open positions listed on our website via API.

This works fine for displaying all the available job openings.

How can I link now to a candidate application form for a specific position (not just generic candidate application form)?

I have created an candidate application form in ZOHO, but I am not sure I can pass any values to that?

Or what is the best method so that each candidate application is mapped to a specific job opening?
