Hi, 

I juste created an address on Zoho linked to a domain hosted by LWS.

I can send email but can't receive one. 

It only worked when I put  1 mx.zoho.eu.  5 mx2.zoho.eu. and 10 mx3.zoho.eu. on the dns panel but I got a message from your team telling me to replace them with 10 mx.zoho.eu 20 mx2.zoho.eu and 50 mx3.zoho.eu, now it doesn't work anymore, neither when I put back my previous setting.

Do you have any idea about how I can fix it ? 

One more thing : during the short time it worked I got the error code : ERROR_CODE :550, ERROR_CODE :5.1.1 when I tried to send mail from ProtonMail, it worked well with other boxes
