Link Zoho Social so I can publish to a Facebook Group page?

We are rebranding so over the holidays I need to revise my Zoho Social links. As we're all moving under the one brand, I've had to create a group within a page. I want to publish some content on the Facebook page, and some content on the Facebook group (that's set to private).

Does anyone know if this is possible?
