We are just staring to use Zoho with our company ( I used it years ago with another company and thought it was great!)

We manufacture, supply and install fitted furniture so we need a system that;

Catch the leads as they come in from phone, email, showroom etc. and log onto system (ZOHO CRM)

Assign these leads to each Sales Rep (Not sure how to do this yet)

Schedule Sales Rep Individual Calendars, with appointment for call out to that leads home ( Not sure how to do this either?) and ideally an update on the progression of that sale (Zoho CRM potentials), We then Convert Lead into potential and convert then to sale (Zoho CRM). When the Lead is converted to a Sale we then need to schedulle that leads with an installation date (Not sure where to do this, Zoho Calender - can we link to CRM). Then we need full job details on this so that the Factory can view this diary and see what is schedulled for production in the weeks ahead.

If a customer comes to us and requests a home consultation by one of our Sales Reps, we need to schedule that call out in the Zoho Calender (as it is the only one that has individual calenders, unlike CRM Calender, that we can use per sales rep). When I am inputting the data for that call out into the calender is there a way of selecting the customers details from the Zoho CRM Leads? It would allow us to connect the two Zohos better?

Once the call out has been schedulled we can then go to Zoho CRM and convert this to a Sale/ Loss etc.

Once it has been converted to  Sale I then need to schedulle that customers sale for an installation date, which I am hoping I can go back to Zoho Calenders Individal Calenders for....but again I will need a way to connect Zoho CRM Leads/ Potentials with Zoho Calenders??

Once the installation has been complete we can then forget about it, but sometimes we may need to carry out a snag or service call in which case we need to link that customers details to the Calender again....

Can you please advise me if you have a better way of doing this?

At the moment to start with Zoho CRM I have input all our leads onto the system and done conversions. We currently use an home made Excel sheet for the sales reps appointment diaries, and also have a seperate home made excel sheet for the fitting diary?

I would be really grateful if you would be able to help me as I am trying to set this whole thing up so that I have it running correctly before introducing it to the Sales and Full Admin team in hopes that all jump on board and we can purchase the whole business package?
