Links issue

I am using SMTP Pro to send messages from Magento. It was working fine but now all links are broken. At logs I can see that the messages are going with no problem, but when I get the message in my mail box, I get:

all my "=" are missing. At log they are all ok and the type is text/html. Does anybody knows how to fix it?
