Links on sidebar.

Hi all, can I put other apps on the sidebar? I mean the one shown on this screenshot, the small ones at the left which allow quick access to calendar etc? I really feel like I can but I can't work out how. I'm just talking about Zoho apps like Docs, I'd like to be able to get to quickly.
