I have recently switched my desktops over to Linux Fedora.  the stability of the OS rivals that of MAC and blows away windows.  I believe it could be a great solution for small businesses but lacks the support of apps.  I believe with the Zoho One offering (any of their apps) and your focus on small businesses, I think Zoho could be the dominant player in the Linux market (which is starting to grow due to security and need for OS stability and because Linux of lengths the life of hardware).  I think if Zoho was to develop their apps for Linux, there would be a large adoption in the business world of Linux and Zoho.
