We are using Zoho Forms in the HelpDesk via embedding.

This is to allow for an improved UI, guided submission process.

However, we would like to have contact fields  (name, last name, email) automatically loaded for logged in users.

Is this possible since they are logged in to Zoho Desk?

If yes, how do we pass that information from Desk to the appropriate fields in Form when they are fillig out a new ticket?
