Hello,
I wanted to see if anyone had an issue with Zoho Inventory / Shopify integration. I had a prompt to migrate to location and I unfortunately did it...
As soon as I did this, Zoho Inventory started to update the inventory of some items. The items affected are the one (or their group) I used to make bundles and the one from sales I made.
The inventory change occurs at unregular interval and seems to be based on the initial quantity in stock (about 70% of the time).
Ex. I see +14 like 10 times within 12 hours in a row.
Sometimes it's goes - XX amount aswell.
I had to desactivate Shopify Integration twice and fix the inventory manually.
Zoho seems to have stopped updating the inventory.
There is some kind of loop I don't understand. Usually, Zoho Inventory only push the data and never pull it from Shopify. In any case, the inventory is supposed to match 100%.
The time don't necessarly match the sync time but it's pretty close most of the time.
The issue that could actually affect this is that I got a bugged Zoho Commerce account synced to Zoho Inventory (seems partially deleted or it's could even be in a different Data Center due to a recent migration). However, it's wasn't an issue before Locations.
From what I've seen, there is no turning back and i'm now stuck with a major issue and i'm not sure I can do anything about it. I begin to ask myself if deleted the whole account and starting over (which would be a total nightmare) would be the solution
Thanks in advance.
