Locked into using one client for resume forwarding?

Locked into using one client for resume forwarding?

Hi there. I'm trying to send out an application to our client. When I go to forward it, the drop down menu for choosing a client is greyed out and I appear to be locked into only using that candidate. This feature only occurs with jobs associated with him and not with other postings (e.g., I can send an application to anyone from other postings). How do I change this feature so I can send an application to other clients besides the one that the application is associated with?
