Locked out of admin account after removing Google email

Hi,

I emailed support@zohomail.com over a week ago and got no response.

I created a Zoho account with my Google account. Then I removed the Gmail account from the admin account. But now I'm not able to sign in to the admin account at all. The admin account is  info@unboundmedia.ie

The password isn't the same as my Google account for some reason, even though I logged in through my Google account. So it seems to have generated a random password. I also tried to reset the password and I can't even reset the admin password.

I still have access to my secondary account " david.omalley@unboundmedia.ie".
Maybe I can reset using this?

I have also tried to set up the domain again, but it wont allow me to. Can you please either help me to reset the password or otherwise just remove my domain "unboundmedia.ie" from this account, so that I can then set up the domain again.
