Log in doesn't work

I have another ticket for a similar issue that has not been resolved. There seems to be a lot of issues with your log in for jobs board in recruit. We have had to turn it off. See screenshot attached. It is currently impossible to register in order to apply for a job using recruit. This is basic functionality and very surprised that no one else has reported this.
