Logged time for a user gone

Yesterday the time logged was there (on the timesheet), today it's gone. Timesheet is completely blank.

*frustrated sigh* I *knew* I was jinxing Zoho by upgrading my account and paying for it! Software always works until it's paid for....Murphy's law of software.

I would expect this issue is related to the one I reported yesterday (Aug 11), that the timer-clock icon is missing from the tasks, and it has always been there before.

Attached is a screenshot, showing the cursor hovering over a task. No timer icon.

And now that previously logged time for a user is completely wiped out, I'm hesitant to use it at all. Hoping you can recover that data.
