Loss of Data and Slow Loading Problem

When my users are in a document together and one person leaves, data seems to get lost when the collaborator leaves. Why does this happen?

Also, it at 2:02pm MST we are experiencing slow load times with Zoho Docs.  It is taking 5 minutes to load a document and it is not saving files.  Our internet connection is fast and all other web pages load quickly for us.
