Lost access to my candidates and job openings database!

Hi, I cannot access my candidates or job openings on Zoho Recruit. It was working fine yesterday morning and all of a sudden I lost access to these areas whilst using the candidate function. I cannot get access to my database back again. Please could you provide some help?
