Lost access to shared folders through IMAP

Most users here prefer using a standard IMAP client, Thunderbird, for checking their email. One user has been shared a couple of email folders with write access and delegation. This morning when he opened Thunderbird the shared folders were not visible. I went into the IMAP subscription settings in Thunderbird and those folders were not listed. 

I just ran a test with another person, and they can access the shared folder in the web client but not through Thunderbird.

Did Zoho change how shared folders are accessed through IMAP? How can I enable access to the shared folders in IMAP?
