lost draft

I worked on a draft this morning that originated from a different computer, same account. I know it autosaved and I am constantly manually Saving. When my business partner went to work on it later this afternoon, the changes are not made on her laptop nor are they on mine. I am pretty sure this is the second time this has happened recently. What is going on. I was not having any internet problems and watched the Auto Save pop up periodically.
