Lost my "Resume Status" picklist

Hello, I recently added a few options to my "Resume Status" picklist and the list and its options have since disappeared from my "Editing Candidate" page. How do I get this back? I've tried many different ways through the settings and "Customize Form" page. Can you please walk me through how to get this back over the phone? Thank you!
