Lost Password - System not working.


If my staff forget their password, they click on the lost password button. After following the instructions, Zoho sends them an email. 

The problem is they can't access their email to look at the email that tells them how to resent their password. This makes no sense.

For us, the 'lost password" button should simply tell them to call me, system administrator, then I can reset it.

How do you imagine it working currently given that the only way they can access email is by logging on with a correct password. 

I do not allow POP or IMAP downloading. Everything is online.
