Subscribed to zoho mail lite with hope everything went smoothly during setup the Mail Client, but unfortunately it is not. Having setup using IMAP, following the documentation, everything went okay, until I try removing some emails that I not need. It always refused to move to trash. 

Been trying using 2 of my favorite mail client (Mail and CanaryMail), both showing the same result. Esp. in CanaryMail, it shows message something like "Error! the server might not allowed the mail to be moved to other directory".

Kindly help how to resolve this. It is pretty annoying, only able to receive and send email, but unable to remove emails that's actually not needed.
