Minor bug report here with respect to the macro feature when working in the candidate page.
Issue

- When working in the candidates module and in
list view, the macro feature does not have a "Candidate Status" field, so there is no way to bulk-set candidate status.
- The macro feature when working within the job's module has a "Job Opening Status" field which does allow bulk setting status for jobs.
This inconsistency caused by the missing field would typically be classified as a "usability bug" / feature gap. As candidate status is a key field in the system, its omission here raises some questions.
Customer Impact Statement

Candidates need to have their status changed one by one, which takes far more time then leveraging the macro feature. The customer impact, is the user has to file ATS bug reports, instead of focusing on sales. This results in lost revenue.
Triage Notes

While this may appear to be a P3 / S2 issue, it maybe higher to due to the significant productivity impact. It would also be nice to be able to have a macro which "copies" field data. Currently, there is no way to create a new field in setup and copy field data from an existing field.
Repro Steps

1) Navigate to the candidate module's
list view page.
2) Click on the create macro link in the upper left corner
3) attempt to create a macro which bulk-updates candidate status
4) observe the Candidate Status field is not present (there are other missing fields as well)
