One of our accounts were bloqued due to storage limit. (not the admin account)

I´ve send to the trash bin and errased lots of mails, remaining 10% free storage now.

But the account is still bloqued. And control panel wont let me unblock the user now because i need a subscription account.

Please need help ASAP.
