Mail account is not configured correctly: Need help

I'm having problems configuring this user account: rita@writemoorepublishing.com -rita@writemoorepublishing.com should be Super Admin -I cannot send emails to this email address -I can send emails from rita@, only because the mail address is linked to some numeric email address that I did not set up and do not want -I want to add contact@writemoorepublishing.com as a User, but I cannot. Originally I set this up as the Super Admin and I cannot delete or assign it as a regular user Please help. I really need to be able to receieve emails sent to rita@writemoorepublishing.com immediately. Regards
