Mail Admin "Spam Control" section is completely blank

Mail Admin "Spam Control" section is completely blank

On logging in to super-admin today to check my quarantined spam, the Spam Control section is completely blank, without even the top tab line for blacklist, whitelist, quarantine etc.  (see attached screenshot).

I've tried logging out, clearing my browser cache, and trying different browsers (Chrome, Edge and IE11, all on Windows 10) but the problem is still there. I'm not aware of any recent changes or updates to my PC (other than a Visual Studio 2017 update), and it was working fine a day or two ago, so I'm wondering if something has changed at the Zoho end. I do get occasional legitimate false-positive emails in quarantine which I obviously can't access or review at the moment until this is resolved.

Update: I've just tried this on another machine, my Surface Go, and I get exactly the same problem - the Spam Control section is completely blank.
