Mail from Gmail hosted domain does not get delivered to my zoho domain

Mail from Gmail hosted domain does not get delivered to my zoho domain

Is there a way to track emails sended from Gmail hosted domain to my zoho mail domain, there are emails coming from two accounts at gmail ( control.usuarios@fovissste.gob.mx, avisooriginacion2@fovissste.gob.mx) that never get delivered to my zoho domain (alradelsur.com), is there a way to show a possible error on Zoho side?
