Attention Zoho Support.
This support ticket is a follow up to my email sent on Friday July 5 regarding mail from our server not being accepted by Zoho. I believe this is affecting all accounts hosted on Zoho, which included your Support email address. As a result, I sent an email from my personal email address with details of the fault.
Message delivery failures, like below, are received every time an email sent from our server is sent to a Zoho account. This has been occurring for several months:

Delivery to the following recipients was aborted after 19.3 hour(s):
* support@zohomail.com
Reason: There was an error while attempting to deliver your message with [Subject: "XX"] to support@zohomail.com. It has been in queue too long, and will not attempt delivery again.
This is extremely inconvenient and disrupting for ourselves and our clients' businesses, as well as causing much distress to all parties.
I await your urgent response to my email and prompt resolution.
