Mail merge to a Spreadsheet from Zoho CRM and make available as a template in Zoho CRM

Client wants to use a spreadsheet that will mail merge name address and some other fields to it from Zoho CRM. Is this possible?  I can't seem to find instructions or information on how to mail merge it.  They will also use it repetitively as a template so it will need to be accessible on any client.
