Mail migration from Microsoft live domains
Was previously using the free version of live domains and wish to port the existing mail over to Zoho using the migration tool in the control panel but keep getting "Authentication details provided was rejected by Source server."
Tried pop or imap, all failed. The username and password are correct as I can login to the email accounts on live domains just fine. Not sure what's causing the failure.
Please advise.
