I am evaluating Zoho mail before upgrading to a paid account.  In order to do that I need to be able to migrate my email from an IMAP server that I control.  The first issue I had was that when I specified the IMAP server as boredbc.net it said it was invalid.  Specifying it as boredbc.net. solved that issue (well at least it accpeted it).

Next, I tried to add a user to migrate.  In this case it was myself.  I specified the login and password for the account on the IMAP server and then tried to add it. I then received the error that the credentials.  I know emphatically that they are correct since they are in use with a number of IMAP clients for this account.  So, either you system doesn't accept special characters in the password, a password over a certain length, or is incorrectly trying to connect to my IMAP server. How do I go about diagnosing this issue so that I can get my account imported?
