Mail policy for "Allowed email"

Dear All,
 
Good evening. This is my first post in this forum. I have started using Zoho mail very recently. I want to whether under mail policy, can we have an option like "Allowed Domain" for "Allowed email" also.
That is, through "Allowed Domain", we can restrict both incoming and outgoing mails of our users to specified list of Domains only and any email id from other domain can't send OR received emails to OR from my users.
The same way, can we have an option of "Allowed email", i.e. we will define couple of email ids and our users access will be restricted to those specified email ids only. Even if our users try to send OR receive emails from any email (not specified in "Allowed email") will get a rejection.
