Mail Policy violation, error delivering to mail boxes

I receive the error:
  1. Mail Policy violation, error delivering to mail boxes
When I try to send an email from a Zoho group email to a general Zoho email, through the Sendgrid application (Node).

I'm not certain why is it hapening, if this is a policy should I allow group emails to send emails, configure the spam filter, should I create a integration with Zoho Flow... what I have read when searching for this error was not that useful.
