Mail rejected due to Zoho antispam policy

Hello,

I'm trying to RECEIVE emails from another website. Their email system is saying that mx.zoho.com has blocked the message. The full message they've received is:

The fullertimes.com server blocked this message from being delivered.

Full response from the fullertimes.com server:
541 5.7.1 Mail rejected due to anti-spam policy

I've added the sender's email to the "Email Restriction - Allow"  under mailadmin -> Mail settings -> Email policy -> Email restrictions but messages still aren't getting through. 

Please can you help?
