I am the owner of company and I have company adress like
info@company.ua. I have 5 workers that can answer letters comming on info adress. They can answer such mail from own email adress. How other workers may know that some letters have been already answered by somedody. They can answer this letter also and client will receive 5 answers.
Second question: How can I, as a company owner, control emails of my workers? How can I know what and when they answer and what they answer to my clients from theirs mail-boxes?
