All emails sent to outlook addresses end up in spam. I've played about with the dns records to no avail. I'm yet to receive a response so my support request which was sent 9 days ago. I've attached email headers to the email I sent to support to make it easier however it seems like they don't have a solution. After having a look on here and seeing how common this issue is, i'm surprised there isn't a dedicated page for a fix. This issue is affecting business and if it can't be resolved, i'll have no choice but to go elsewhere.
