The mail account storage usage is showing up as 0% although all the accounts have at least a few hundred MB worth of emails, some as high as 4 GB.

Checked here - Zoho Mail account >> Settings >> Mail Accounts >> Size column

and  Zoho Mail account >> Settings >> Mail Storage >> Used Storage column
