Mail Support Response Time

We had a support request sent out on Friday and received a reply today.

OK, I know Zoho do not work on weekends. Fair enough.

They had a question and I replied earlier today.

No response yet.

OK, they only work 9 to 5. Not good enough.

We are trying to set up our web + email configuration and do so at weekends in order to get everything sorted without disturbing business communication during the week. Zoho Support has always been lacking both in the type you get replies and in response time even during the week.

Our web hosting company responds within 2 to 3 hours! And the replies are not just plain "haven't you read our guides/knowledgebase" or just misunderstanding (deliberately?) your questions or answering only parts of your question.

Specifically, as the Zoho Mail knowledgebase, guides, help pages leave a lot to be desired. You only find information on how to set up things in Zoho Mail if you google it first - a proper search on the help pages is impossible and yields no results.

So, when will be able to solve our dilemma? We seem to have screwed up when setting up emaiil hosting and need help. Fast.
