This is my twelve support ticket concerning our mail accounts these accounts have been off line(Mailbox Disabled ) for over a week with little to no support from zoho. This happened after we opened a zoho one account,which I have now canceled. As these accounts are paid for yearly i advance I am far from happy with zoho's service if these accounts are not restored my next mail will be addressed to your CEO.
