in Italy, for some type of contracts, leave are calculated with a kind-of-weird mechanis.

As per national contract, each employee has a 6 days workweek. When he takes a daily leave, then 1 day is subtracted from his available leaves.

In the case an employee has a 5 days workweek, and in order to mantain a proportionality, when the employes takes a 1 day leave, then 1.20 days are subtracted from his available leaves (6/5 = 1.2)

Otherwise I'll just keep a total number of leaves of 26/1.2 = 22.67 and still subtract 1 day for eache leave.
