We'd like to make a custom button in zoho crm that would take the user to a zoho form prefilled with the customer information from the record where the button was pushed.    I thought that if I created a zoho crm field in forms, mapped the customer info I wanted in the form from that and created a field alias, I could just append that to the url of the button.      The crm field is not appearing as an option int he field alias creation screen in zoho forms.  what am i doing wrong?
