We'd love if you could add an UNASSOCIATE button to the CANDIDATE screen that would allow the Recruiter to simply unassociate a candidate directly from the candidate record. 

As it stands, the recruiter needs to click the ASSOCIATED button, choose the job, click unassociate, make a note and then click the back button twice to get back to the candidate record.  These are a lot of steps to do something that could/should be done right from the candidate screen (just like associating them).

Please, please, please make this happen.  Thanks in advance!!!
