Hello,

When I share a Zoho document to public, my e-mail "my_email@gmail.com" 

entirely appears as the identifier of the mail " my_email" which contains the name of my e-mail and therefore appear on each Zoho page:   my_email  and   my_email@gmail.com.

 
I would like that the Zoho site does NOT display my 
e-mail name "my_email" neither my connection e-mail "my_email@gmail.com" but ONLY my full name "Elisa B".

Indeed, when both appear, some people take advantage of caring for ill send advertisements and spam they can see my e-mail or reconstituted with the name of the e-mail.
Example: If the name of the e-mail "my_email" appears, 


people can do this associate name with e-mail zoho.com or gmail.com by:   my_email@gmail. com  and  my_email@zoho.com

Is it possible to see in the near future,  THAT
 appear only the nickname of a Zoho account? 

For mine example; "Elisa B" as in Google.com?

In the meantime I can not share my documents "Public" to avoid unwanted mails.

Bonjour,

Quand je partage en public un document de Zoho , mon e-mail "my_email@gmail.com" s'affiche entièrement ainsi que l'identifiant du mail "my_email" qui reprend le nom de mon e-mail et fait donc apparaitre sur chaque page de Zoho:  my_email  et  my_email@gmail.com.
 
Je voudrais que le site de Zoho n'affiche pas  mon nom d'e-mail "my_email"  ni mon e-mail de connexion  "my_email@gmail.com"  mais seulement mon nom complet "Elisa B".

En effet, quand les deux apparaissent, certaines personnes mal attentionnées en profitent pour envoyer des publicités et du spam puisqu'ils peuvent voir mon e-mail ou le reconstituer avec le nom de l'e-mail  .
Exemple: si le nom de l'e-mail  "my_email" apparait,  les gens n'ont plus qu'à prendre ce nom et l'associer à zoho.com ou à gmail.com pour avoir les e-mails  my_email@gmail.com  et  my_email@zoho.com

Est-il envisageable de voir dans un futur proche, n'apparaitre QUE le surnom d'un compte Zoho? Par exemple le mien "Elisa B" comme dans Google.com?

En attendant je ne peux pas partager mes documents en "Public" pour éviter des mails non désirés.

Merci à Zoho de faire cette correction très importante pour les utilisateurs de documents Zoho.
