Managing contractors or consultants versus permanent placement.
A number of my clients have need for independent consultants on a project or hourly basis versus full time placements. I'm thinking of building a roster of consultants to fill these needs which would mean I need to post the opportunity, email relevant candidates from the data base, assess and present a shortlist. Facilitate the hire, monitor the consultant time sheets and bill the clinent while removing my percentage from the fee before forwarding payment to the consultant. Can Zoho Recruit handle this process or should I be looking a another platform to manage this consulting service?
