Many emails from phone with "We noticed a third-party application accessed your Zoho Account"

I've started receiving emails yesterday with content "We noticed a third-party application accessed your Zoho Account" every time my mobile phone (which has an app specific password) checks my main mail box. The emails mention a different location and IP every time.

this seems like probably normal behavior for a phone (using a different IP often) so I'm not sure if this change (the IP being different) is on the AT&T side or if some policy changed on the zoho side to start sending the emails based on IP change. Can someone please look into this and let me know how to stop the emails? I'm getting them quite often. Thank you.
